Manager - Sponsorship Sales

JSW Sports Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – Sponsorship Sales to join our team in Mumbai (preferred), Delhi.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver on annual revenue targets across defined key responsibility areas.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

Create and present compelling, customized presentations to brands.

Negotiate terms and contracts to secure deals aligned with company objectives.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service.

Understand client goals to provide strategic recommendations and activations.

EXPERIENCE

2–8 years in outbound sales at a sports marketing agency, media agency, or talent management company in India.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in any discipline.

REQUIREMENTS

A process-driven sales professional with a proven track record of consistently generating revenue and meeting targets.

Strong understanding of the sports and media landscape, with the ability to leverage data in the sales process.

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Demonstrates strong work ethics and professional integrity.
