Job Description :
- Lead the end-to-end bid management process, including crafting responses to RFIs and RFPs in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, SMEs, and Product Managers to define solution scope, assess feasibility, and ensure proposal alignment with client needs.
- Coordinate and track bid activities, including daily status meetings, action item assignment, MoM preparation, and deliverable tracking.
- Ensure timely, high-quality submission of bid responses by consolidating inputs from legal, finance, and technical teams.
- Participate in client interactions (remote / on-site) to capture requirements, address queries, and support proposal discussions.
- Manage supplier registration and onboarding for partners in alignment with client procurement policies.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and researching prospective clients.
