Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including meeting clients, presenting real estate properties, facilitating negotiations, and securing property sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, adhering to sales targets, conducting market research to stay updated on property trends, and coordinating with other team members to ensure a seamless buying experience for our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in sales, property presentation, and negotiation
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property trends
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate or a similar field is a plus
