Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits Consultant to join our project team for a large-scale EC implementation in Singapore. The consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of EC Benefits , ensuring compliance with Singapore-specific statutory requirements and alignment with business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and map them to SAP Best Practices.
- Configure and implement Benefit Programs, Plans, Enrollment rules, Eligibility rules, Claims, and Workflows within EC Benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements (e.g., CPF contributions, insurance, medical, and allowance structures).
- Design and support integration with EC Core, Payroll, and third-party benefits providers (via SAP CPI / BTP).
- Prepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT , and support defect resolution.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to customer HR / Payroll teams.
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities .
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 8 years of SuccessFactors experience , with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in EC Benefits .Strong hands-on knowledge of Benefit configuration (plans, programs, rules, enrollment, event derivation, and workflows).Experience with EC Core integration points (Job Info, Compensation, Position Management).Good understanding of Singapore statutory and regulatory benefits requirements .Strong client-facing, facilitation, and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.Ability to work in multi-vendor and global project environments .
