We are seeking a certified
SAP SuccessFactors System Support Specialist
to provide daily operational support for
Compensation Management ,
Employee Central (EC) , and
Onboarding 2.0
modules. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience with Compensation Worksheets, Templates, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) , as well as strong knowledge of system configuration, data integrity, and integration between modules. This role ensures the ongoing stability, accuracy, and efficiency of HR technology and supports business users with day-to-day system needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Daily System & User Support
Provide
day-to-day functional and technical support
for SuccessFactors
Compensation ,
Employee Central , and
Onboarding 2.0
modules.
Resolve user issues, answer system queries, and troubleshoot data or configuration problems.
Monitor workflows and maintain user access, ensuring compliance with data security protocols.
Compensation Management
Maintain and configure
compensation worksheets, templates, guidelines, budgets, and eligibility rules .
Support annual and off-cycle compensation planning processes.
Ensure accurate data flow between EC and Compensation; troubleshoot mapping or logic errors.
Employee Central (EC)
Manage
employee lifecycle configurations ,
business rules ,
event reasons , and
workflow approvals .
Support
position management , foundation objects, and organizational structure updates.
Ensure high data integrity and alignment across HR modules.
Onboarding 2.0
Configure and troubleshoot
Onboarding templates, forms, tasks , and
pre-day 1 processes .
Resolve onboarding process failures, data mapping issues, and integration to EC.
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Maintain and troubleshoot
role-based permission groups and roles
across modules.
Ensure users have appropriate access based on their roles and security policies.
Support RBP audits, documentation, and periodic reviews to ensure compliance.
Integrations & Testing
Monitor integrations between EC, Compensation, and Onboarding via
SAP CPI
or
Boomi .
Participate in
testing for quarterly SAP releases , system changes, and enhancements.
Validate interface files, troubleshoot data flow issues, and coordinate with technical teams.
Documentation & Training
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Train HR users on worksheets, templates, onboarding workflows, and security access.
Qualifications : Required :
SAP Certified
in
SuccessFactors Compensation Management .
4 years of hands-on experience in a system support or HRIS analyst role.
Working knowledge of :
Compensation Worksheets and Templates
Employee Central
Onboarding 2.0
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Strong understanding of
HR data models , processes, and compensation planning.
