We are seeking experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultants to join our team on a 6-month project within the manufacturing domain.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SuccessFactors Compensation implementations and strong consulting experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Actively participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Hold an active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SF functionality.
- Configure and customize the Compensation module as per client specifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
- Manage and resolve issues during implementation and support phases.
- Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and training documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Mandatory Skills :
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation CertifiedMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Compensation moduleDesired / Secondary Skills :
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals) and / or SuccessionPrior experience working in or with clients from the Manufacturing sector(ref : hirist.tech)
