SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

We are seeking experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultants to join our team on a 6-month project within the manufacturing domain.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SuccessFactors Compensation implementations and strong consulting experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

• Actively participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Hold an active certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SF functionality.
• Configure and customize the Compensation module as per client specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Manage and resolve issues during implementation and support phases.
• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and training documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project team members.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment.
