Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support through non-voice and chat channels .
- Offer exceptional support while communicating and assisting international customers.
- Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Resolve tickets by analyzing customer-reported information to identify problems and concerns, providing accurate and timely solutions.
