About the role :

We're looking for a Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist to join our on-site team and drive technical recruitment excellence across India, supporting international clients in the US and the EU. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex IT and engineering roles, partnering closely with global hiring teams while shaping the talent strategy for one of the world's most competitive tech markets. Responsibilities :

• Senior Recruitment Consultant will assume responsibility for the client / stack center portfolio focusing on Indian market
• This role implies full process leadership & direct engagement with senior level stakeholders as well as top notch candidate pools
• You will develop strong knowledge of relevant talent pools & Ciklum's strategy to adjust recruitment focus accordingly
• You will apply all relevant methodologies to access & attract top talent for Ciklum & it's clients in India,
• You will get sourcing / agency support where needed & access to full set of candidate sourcing tools
• Senior Recruitment Consultant will represent Ciklum to the highest standard & will promote company employer brand
