You Will :

• Report to Regional Talent Acquisition Lead seated in Singapore, and working closely with the talent team to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies to grow our Chennai Software Lab
• Identify and utilize useful tech talent channels, social media, and other creative tools to source candidates and build a sustainable product and engineering talent pool
• Identify, assess, and manage the candidates through the recruitment process and support the full employee life cycle
• Utilize data and metrics to generate recruitment insights, market research to enhance the overall effectiveness
• Have the opportunity to work on other people & culture initiatives such as talent development, attraction and retention
