Ciklum is looking for a Talent Fulfilment Manager to join our team full-time in India.

About the role :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Fulfilment Manager who brings a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for excellence in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is data- driven, results-oriented, and influential, with a proven ability to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience, and deliver key recruitment metrics that fuel business success. This is a high-impact role that will collaborate across teams, manage end-to-end hiring processes, and lead initiatives to attract top talent across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical recruiters, driving growth of a group of Ciklum's key accounts and programs within the India delivery center
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
- Collaborate with business leaders and workforce planning teams to align recruitment efforts with long- term talent needs
- Build strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to influence and support strategic hiring decisions
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to inform improvements
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and contribute to talent acquisition projects, including employer branding, internal mobility, campus hiring, and DEI initiatives
- Champion continuous improvement in recruitment operations and talent acquisition technology
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent, and engaging communication
- Drive hiring manager satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and timely recruitment support
- Partner closely with global Talent Fulfillment teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing across regions
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)10–13 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a managerial roleProven experience in stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, and driving hiring initiativesStrong knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing toolsGood in Boolean Search Techniques, Experience in X-Ray search and other innovative ways of sourcing is an added advantageDesirable :
