Country Head - Sales

Position : Country Head – India Operations

Location : Hyderabad (Corporate Office + Manufacturing Hub and Regional Offices)

Reporting To : Managing Director, India

Experience : 15–20+ years in renewable energy or industrial technology, with minimum 5 years in P&L leadership

Role Objective :

To lead and scale RCT Solutions' operations in India, including a new manufacturing facility, business development for hydrogen-based technologies, and the delivery of PV manufacturing consulting services, while ensuring strategic alignment with global goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Establish and lead India operations including P&L ownership, compliance, administration, and staffing

Oversee the execution and commissioning of a solar power equipment manufacturing facility in South India

Drive go-to-market strategy for hydrogen-based technologies across India and APAC

Collaborate with global HQ on technical standards, R&D initiatives, and knowledge transfer

Develop local supply chain, academic, and joint venture partnerships

Represent RCT Solutions at key industry events, government forums, and policy roundtables

Ensure timely execution of EPC projects and technology licensing engagements

Lead strategic hiring and build a strong, performance-oriented leadership team

Qualifications :

B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering; MBA is preferred

Deep understanding of solar PV and hydrogen energy ecosystems

Proven experience in setting up factories, EPC project delivery, or industrial automation in India

Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks
