We are hiring for Regional Sales Head role for one of our reputed clients in Fertilizers and Chemical Industry. We have 3 positions for South India, Central India and East&MP regions respectively. Interested candidate can apply to this post.
- This leadership role entails spearheading sales and marketing efforts for the companys products, particularly High-Density TAN (HDAN & AN Melt), across designated regions of India to achieve business growth targets.
- Extensive experience in the sales and marketing of Ammonium Nitrate Solution (AN), Ammonium Nitrate Solids (LDAN / HDAN), and / or Commercial Explosives catering to the mining industry is crucial.
- Core responsibilities include managing customer accounts, leading commercial negotiations, overseeing contracting processes, ensuring seamless coordination with logistics, supervising warehouse operations, and mitigating business risks while adhering to safety protocols.
- The candidate must possess robust techno-commercial expertise with the capability to manage the HDAN portfolio on a national scale.
- A proven track record of at least 15 years in the relevant industry, with 3 to 5 years of independent sales and marketing management experience, is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of PESO regulations and Ammonium Nitrate storage rules is mandatory, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- The role initially demands working as an individual contributor with the potential to build and lead a competent team in due course.
- A candidate holding a B.E. / B.Tech. in Mining, complemented by an MBA or an equivalent qualification, is highly preferred.
