Job descriptionMaster's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with special focus or experience on use & implementation of analytical skills 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects or other related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM's and other sales automation tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Job Title : Sales Operations
Job Overview :
We are seeking highly skilled Sales Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives, optimise sales performance and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
- Ongoing interaction with the Growth team & other internal teams to understand best practices, support required, client feedback, etc.
- Create and analyse sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations and suggest actionables for course correction
- Monitor and analyse industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
- Monitor & analyse KRs across internal Growth team. Prepare, roll out & monitor Annual, Quarterly & Monthly KRs
- Prepare various presentations for CGO / Sales leadership related to Growth / Sales
- Plan and implement end-to-end business / sales events
