About this team :

The Lululemon GEC Tech team manages crucial platforms for Guest Support (our contact center), aligning their work with business objectives and ensuring efficient project delivery. This team, comprised of both in-office and remote members, thrives on connection and collaboration. They maintain a strong relationship with their business partners and are dedicated to providing high-level support and project delivery without disrupting operations..

Responsibilities :

• Work with business stakeholders, technology leaders to understand project vision, business needs and translate to project plan.
• Define and maintain project scope, timelines, and risks.
• Work with external project managers, stakeholders to drive GEC deliverables on time and within budgets.
• Define and manage day to day project activities, scrums / agile process, and track status.
• Hold project team members accountable on estimates and timelines.
• Provide project status reports, escalate issues, drive issue resolutions.
• Help manage stakeholder expectations.
• Focus on continuous improvement, OPEX reduction and enable innovation in team.
• Ensure project processes like solution, code, test reviews et al are followed.
