Job Title : Sales Operations

Job Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled Sales Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives, optimise sales performance and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Ongoing interaction with the Growth team & other internal teams to understand best practices, support required, client feedback, etc.
  • Create and analyse sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations and suggest actionables for course correction
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Monitor & analyse KRs across internal Growth team. Prepare, roll out & monitor Annual, Quarterly & Monthly KRs
  • Prepare various presentations for CGO / Sales leadership related to Growth / Sales
  • Plan and implement end-to-end business / sales events

Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with special focus or experience on use & implementation of analytical skills
  • 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects or other related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM’s and other sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
