We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our business across the Tubes, Solar MMS, and Stamping divisions . This role is critical to driving strategic growth and maintaining strong relationships within the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow key domestic accounts across Tubes, Solar MMS, and Stamping product lines
- Develop and implement account strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics, finance) to deliver seamless customer solutions
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements with key accounts
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is mandatory12 to 15 years of proven experience in key account management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.4-5 years of experience in managing solar infrastructure-related customers.Exposure to Tube / metal profile / Sheet-metal stamping parts marketingStrong understanding of domestic market dynamics and customer relationship managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skillsAbility to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
