About Role

Location : In Office (Noida, India)

Type : Full-time | Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales motion by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients in India. This role is critical to building a strong sales pipeline and creating the first impression of our brand with decision-makers.

You'll :

  • Research and identify high-potential target accounts
  • Run personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, WhatsApp)
  • Qualify leads and hand off to Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and report performance metrics

Who We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of SDR / BDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
  • Sharp understanding of ROI-driven sales messaging
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and persistent

    It typically includes :

    1️⃣ HR Round – a quick introduction and role discussion

    2️⃣ Task Round – a short assignment to understand your approach

    3️⃣ Hiring Manager Round – a deeper dive into your skills and experience

    4️⃣ Final Round – culture fit and final alignment

    The entire process usually wraps up within a week .
