Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement inside sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management, to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align inside sales efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances, to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver tailored solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Required Skills :

  • Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales strategies and tactics, including lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achievement and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Qualifications :

  • MBA in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
