Location / Work Timings

Gurugram, Strictly Work from Office

Monday to Friday 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, Fixed timings

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary

Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) : Uncapped and may be over 100% of the salary

About the Role

We are scaling a hunting team at Yatra for Business to fuel new client acquisition in the corporate segment. As an SDR / BDR, your mission is simple yet demanding; book confirmed

meetings with CXO / Senior level stakeholders and create qualified pipeline for Account

Executives.

This role is ideal for individuals with 1–5 years of outbound prospecting experience who

thrive in high-activity, performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Creation : Generate qualified opportunities by leveraging LinkedIn Sales

Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, E-Tool, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales tools.

  • Multi-Channel Outreach : Execute structured cadences using cold emails, LinkedIn
  • outreach, WhatsApp nudges, and phone calls.

  • Meeting Generation : Drive the metric that matters; confirmed meetings with CHROs,
  • CFOs, Procurement, and Admin leaders in pan-India corporates.

  • Qualification : Run structured discovery calls to ensure only Ideal Customer Profile-aligned
  • leads are passed to Account Executives.

  • CRM Discipline : Maintain up-to-date activity logs, notes, and lead stages in CRM with
  • accuracy and accountability.

  • Collaboration : Partner closely with AEs to maximize conversion rates and build a
  • predictable pipeline engine.

  • Continuous Learning : Adapt messaging, sharpen outreach strategies, and stay current
  • on market patterns.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience : 1–5 years in outbound inside sales, lead generation, or SDR / BDR roles. B2B
  • experience preferred.

    Skills :

    Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and HubSpot

    (CRM / Hunting experience is non-negotiable).

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    High-volume cold calling and emailing ability per day.

    Persistence in managing rejection and keeping outreach consistent.

    Well versed in high daily outbound calling, WhatsApp and emailing volume.

    Mindset :

    Pure hunter DNA; energized by activity metrics and conversions.

    Target-driven with the discipline to exceed daily / weekly outreach KPIs.

    Ambitious, with a clear drive to progress into Account Executive roles.

    Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred
