About the Role
We are scaling a hunting team at Yatra for Business to fuel new client acquisition in the corporate segment. As an SDR / BDR, your mission is simple yet demanding; book confirmed
meetings with CXO / Senior level stakeholders and create qualified pipeline for Account
Executives.
This role is ideal for individuals with 1–5 years of outbound prospecting experience who
thrive in high-activity, performance-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, E-Tool, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other sales tools.
outreach, WhatsApp nudges, and phone calls.
CFOs, Procurement, and Admin leaders in pan-India corporates.
leads are passed to Account Executives.
accuracy and accountability.

Ideal Candidate Profile
experience preferred.
Skills :
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and HubSpot
(CRM / Hunting experience is non-negotiable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High-volume cold calling and emailing ability per day.
Persistence in managing rejection and keeping outreach consistent.
Well versed in high daily outbound calling, WhatsApp and emailing volume.
Mindset :
Pure hunter DNA; energized by activity metrics and conversions.
Target-driven with the discipline to exceed daily / weekly outreach KPIs.
Ambitious, with a clear drive to progress into Account Executive roles.
Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred
