Position Overview :

As a Consultant – Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) , you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support IGT’s strategic goals. This role involves end-to-end recruitment responsibilities, stakeholder coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions across functions

Leverage multiple recruitment tools and platforms to identify suitable talent

Coordinate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless hiring process

Conduct reference checks and manage background verification procedures

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Track and report recruitment metrics, updating stakeholders on hiring progress

Stay up to date with recruitment trends and industry best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools

A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering quality talent
