The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments including content, academics, operations, and support functions.Key Responsibilities : Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-tech rolesCoordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholdersManage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate dataEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experienceWork closely with hiring managers to understand role requirementsRequirements : 1–3 years of recruitment experience (non-tech preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and deadlinesPrior experience in an EdTech or fast-paced environment is a plus
