Team Leader (EdTech)

Position :  Team Leader – Sales / CounselingDepartment :  EdTech (Admissions / Sales)Location :  Rohini WestExperience Required :  5–10 Years (with at least 3–8 years in a leadership role)Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and experienced  Team Leader  to manage and guide our sales / counseling team in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent student / learner engagement. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and result-oriented skills.Key Responsibilities : Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Admission Counselors / Sales Executives.Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and conduct regular coaching sessions.Plan and implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions.Track and report team KPIs, including leads, calls, follow-ups, and closures.Ensure a smooth counseling process and high student / parent satisfaction.Collaborate with management to improve processes, campaigns, and conversion strategies.Handle escalations and resolve queries effectively.Recruit, train, and onboard new team members when required.Requirements : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.5–10 years of experience in  sales / counseling (preferably EdTech) , with at least 3 year in a leadership role.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales / admissions targets.Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Key Skills : Leadership & Team ManagementSales & Business DevelopmentStudent Counseling & EngagementTarget & Performance ManagementProblem-Solving & Decision-MakingPerks & Benefits : Attractive Incentives & Performance BonusesCareer Growth Opportunities in EdTechTraining & Development ProgramsDynamic & Collaborative Work EnvironmentIf you are interested, please contact us at or share your CV at
