Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Drive enterprise sales across Edtech industry.
- Cultivate and strengthen C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring long-term client partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles-identifying opportunities, architecting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor intelligence, and emerging technologies to shape proactive go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM systems, delivering accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and executive-level reporting.
- Partner with internal delivery, technical, and marketing teams to craft differentiated value propositions and winning proposals.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate team members, ensuring professional development and consistent achievement of targets.
- Represent the organization at strategic forums, industry events, and client leadership meetings to reinforce brand presence.
Candidate Profile.
