Manager - Demand Planning & Sales Operations

We are looking to hire a Demand Planning and Sales Operations planning manager to handle the following responsibilities :

• Leads and refines the S&OP process , ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain for accurate forecasting and demand planning.
• Analyzes market trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts  using statistical tools and  AI / ML  to adjust forecasts and support data-driven decisions.
• Monitors key metrics like forecast accuracy and inventory health , driving cross-functional actions to prevent stock imbalances and optimize supply chain flow.
• Supports product lifecycle planning , coordinating launches, phase-outs, and minimizing slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Drives continuous process improvement , aligning operational plans with financial targets to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
