Job descriptionDevelop and execute strategic account plans and territory growth strategies. Leverage sales tracking systems for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and performance reporting. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term engagement and revenue growth. Create, maintain, and leverage high-value sales enablement content including technical presentations, case studies, and customer success stories. Collaborate with internal teams to identify new use cases and strengthen product positioning in the market. Develop strategic alliances with new channel partners and strengthen the partner ecosystem within the assigned territory. Bachelors / Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology-driven industries (Mapping, GIS, UAV, Surveillance, or related sectors). Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and managing enterprise accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with proficiency in CRM / sales tracking tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Deputy Manager - Sales to spearhead business development for our innovative products in Mapping, Surveillance, and Inspection applications. The role requires a dynamic professional with strong sales acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to build and manage strategic client and channel partner relationships.

- Generate demand, identify opportunities, and close business for iF products across assigned sectors.
- Achieve annual sales quota and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations, remote visits, and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs.
