Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Samyak RealCon Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients or customers. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, collecting feedback, addressing any issues or concerns, and providing information about the company's products or services. The Caller will also be expected to maintain detailed records of each call and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are beneficial
