Key Responsibilities
As a Telecaller Sales Executive , you will be responsible for :
Making
outbound sales calls
to promote :
Algo Trading products
Demat account opening services
Life, Medical, and General Insurance products
Contacting potential clients, explaining benefits, and handling their queries.
Following up with leads to
convert prospects into customers .
Achieving
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
Maintaining accurate client details and interaction history in the
CRM system .
Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage
repeat business and referrals .
Working closely with the sales team to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have :
Minimum
1 year of successful telesales / sales experience , preferably in
financial services or insurance
(banking, trading, insurance, NBFCs, etc.).
Strong sales ability in promoting
insurance products
(Life, Medical, General) or financial products.
Proficiency in
English (spoken & written)
with clear communication skills.
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Target-driven attitude and
self-motivation to achieve sales goals .
Ability to
work independently as well as in a team .
