Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution for Crossword Bookstores, including planning, design, fit-outs, maintenance, and new store rollouts. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards while building strong processes and leading a capable team to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of store fit-out and maintenance projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, budget controls, and project timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to supervise activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Optimize resources during project implementation to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure timely project completion and compliance with mall / property certification requirements for store openings.
