We are seeking a technically strong and visionary Director of Application Security to lead our global AppSec strategy. This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical engagement, ensuring secure development practices are embedded across engineering and DevOps teams.

What will your job look like

• Define and implement Application Security policies and standards, with hands-on involvement in technical decision-making and tool integration.
• Lead the adoption of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices, including secure coding, threat modeling, and developer enablement.
• Oversee and optimize the use of DAST, SAST, and other AppSec tools for vulnerability detection and remediation.
• Collaborate directly with engineering teams to review code, assess architectures, and guide secure design decisions.
• Write and refine technical guidelines and documentation, ensuring clarity and relevance across diverse technologies and products.
• Partner with global teams to drive alignment, share best practices, and elevate security awareness across the organization.
