Business Analytics Analyst

Job descriptionAssist in developing and analyzing business intelligence reports to support decision-making. Conduct data analysis across various domains such as healthcare, finance, or retail. Support the creation and maintenance of data models by gathering, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources. Assist in developing dashboards and reports using BI tools to present data insights effectively. Troubleshoot and support existing BI systems under supervision. Collaborate with business teams and technical stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating source data against target outputs.
Qualifications
Required Education
- bachelors degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ThoughtSpot (experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to define and document requirements effectively.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Some experience or coursework in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Exposure to Python, Databricks, or AWS for data analysis is beneficial but not required .
