Manager - Performance Marketing - EdTech

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the Google Ads strategy (Search, Display, YouTube, Video) aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and scaling : keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, and budget management.
• Partner with creative / content teams to develop ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages; run A / B and multivariate experiments to boost conversion rates.
• Implement and maintain tracking & attribution systems (Google Analytics, pixels, conversion APIs, etc.) ensuring data accuracy.
• Monitor and report performance across key metrics : CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score, LTV, CAC.
• Identify and resolve funnel bottlenecks using a data-driven, hypothesis-testing approach.
• Forecast, allocate, and reallocate budgets across campaigns / channels based on performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, Google Ads updates, policies, automation tools and adopt best practices.
• Mentor / guide junior marketers or cross-functional peers where required.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment from traffic acquisition to retention.
