About the Role :
We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Director of Growth & Performance Marketing to drive learner acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital channels. This is an individual contributor role ideal for a senior performance marketer who thrives on hands-on execution, data, and funnel optimization in a fast-paced environment.
You will own the full-funnel performance strategy and execution across paid channels and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact on business growth
Key Responsibilities :
1. Acquisition & Paid Marketing Execution
- Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and cost-efficiency across learner cohorts.
- Manage media budgets and allocation across channels to maximize growth within performance targets.
2. Funnel Optimization & Experimentation
Own the learner acquisition funnel end-to-end, from ad click to enrollment.Set up and run A / B tests across creatives, messaging, landing pages, and offers.Identify drop-offs and drive continuous optimization across the funnel to improve sign-up and conversion rates.3. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Implement robust tracking using tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, or equivalent.Build campaign performance dashboards and derive actionable insights from marketing data.Set up attribution models to measure true campaign impact across multi-touch journeys.4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, content, and admissions teams to align messaging, landing pages, and lead flow.Collaborate with CRM / retention teams to ensure continuity from acquisition to engagement.Coordinate with design teams to brief and iterate on creatives for performance 6-10 years of hands-on experience in digital / performance marketing, preferably in EdTech, D2C, or consumer internet companies.Proven success in managing - 10-25 Cr+ annual budgets across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.Deep understanding of digital performance metrics, customer funnels, and conversion optimization.Strong proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), Excel, or Sheets.Highly analytical and independent, with a strong bias toward execution and outcomes.Nice to Have :
