Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy for all centres
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across sectors
- Drive revenue targets through optimal space leasing and client retention
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, startups, brokers, and IPCs (International Property Consultants)
- Lead negotiations, manage lease agreements, and oversee client onboarding
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 12 years of experience in real estate office / commercial / corporate leasing, managed office e
- Proven track record of closing large-scale leasing transactions, especially with enterprise clients.
- Strong network of IPCs, brokers, and corporate real estate decision-makers.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
