The role focuses on acquiring and converting commercial space projects through a strong broker network, direct client engagement, and high-value deal Network Development :
- Leverage an active broker network in Mumbai and Pune to source high-potential commercial space project opportunities.
Client & Partner Engagement :
Build and maintain relationships with commercial interior designers, developers, landlords, and key decision-makers.On-field Sales & Negotiations :
Conduct regular on-site meetings, pitch tailored design solutions, and lead negotiations from inquiry to contract closure.End-to-End Sales Ownership :
Manage the complete sales cycle independently-prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.Market Intelligence :
Track commercial real estate trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Revenue Delivery :
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with full accountability.Skills Required :
Established and active broker network in Mumbai and Pune for commercial projectsProven track record in commercial space sales or interior design project acquisitionExcellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesSelf-driven with high ownership and ability to work without constant supervisionDesirable Skills :
