Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners to explore new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to present company offerings, partnership models, and value propositions.
- Build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with developers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and finalize project mandates, AOPs, or exclusive tie-ups in line with company objectives.
- Stay informed about new project launches, market trends, and competitor activities to leverage business potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project execution, and partner satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, meetings, and closures through CRM tools or internal systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3+ years of proven business development experience , preferably in the real estate industry.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage the entire BD cycle , from lead generation to deal closure.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Good understanding of market dynamics, developer relations, and real estate products.Why Join Us
