We are hiring an Assistant Manager – CRM, Loyalty & Social Media , a hybrid role that drives customer retention, loyalty program performance, offline footfall, and brand engagement across digital platforms .
Role Overview
This role is responsible for executing CRM & loyalty campaigns , managing ICONIC's customer loyalty program , and ensuring footfall growth in offline stores while also driving social media presence . It requires a balance of analytical, operational, and creative skills to strengthen ICONIC's customer connect across channels.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Loyalty
- Execute customer engagement campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, app push).
- Manage ICONIC's loyalty program , ensuring customer acquisition, tier management, and redemption journeys.
- Work closely with retail operations to design CRM interventions that increase repeat visits & basket size .
- Track loyalty KPIs : active members, repeat purchase, retention uplift, and store-level penetration.
Offline Footfall & Retail Engagement
Partner with store teams to drive customer reactivation and repeat visits .Plan CRM activations that directly translate into in-store traffic & conversions .Analyze customer data at store level to identify churn triggers and win-back opportunities .Social Media
Manage ICONIC's social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.Develop campaigns that integrate loyalty stories, exclusive previews, and store experiences .Monitor and respond to community conversations to build engagement.Track social KPIs : reach, engagement rate, follower growth.Ideal Candidate Persona
Experience : 5 to 8 years in CRM, loyalty marketing, or digital marketing (fashion / retail / e-commerce preferred).Skills :CRM Tools : Salesforce, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar.Social Tools : Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout.Strong loyalty program understanding and offline-to-online CRM integration.Analytical bent of mindBackground : Likely from retail-first organisations with loyalty programs (ABFRL, Reliance Brands, Shoppers Stop, Arvind Lifestyle, Marks & Spencer) or digital-first fashion brands with hybrid CRM + social teams (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Ajio)Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or Media Studies.Compensation Expectation : ₹6 – 11 LPAWhy Join ICONIC
