We are looking for a dynamic Head of social media to lead growth, branding, and revenue impact. This role is both strategic and hands-on, blending storytelling, performance marketing, and community-building to scale reach and conversions across digital platforms. You will own the social media P&L-driving measurable business growth while building culturally resonant narratives in astrology, spirituality, and wellness.

Social Media Strategy & Growth :
- Own the social media P&L across all brands, ensuring direct contribution to revenue and customer acquisition.
- Architect 90-day growth roadmaps : follower milestones, brand positioning, and revenue-linked campaign calendars.
- Drive platform-specific growth across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging social channels.
- Expand reach beyond mainstream platforms-WhatsApp, Telegram, and closed communities-to strengthen loyalty and repeat purchases.
Content & Campaign Execution :
Build viral campaigns and storytelling hooks tied to astrology, spirituality, cultural events, and trending moments.Balance paid + organic strategies : influencer collaborations, performance ads, affiliate tie-ins, and brand storytelling.Run performance-driven funnels from social - landing pages - conversions, ensuring measurable ROI.Continuously experiment with formats (short-form video, reels, carousels, podcasts, lives) and double down on what scales revenue and engagement.Analytics & Performance :
Define, track, and optimize KPIs : reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Ads) to measure campaign performance.Publish weekly and monthly performance dashboards highlighting growth, ROI, and insights for scale-up.Team & Collaboration :
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies.Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure social media aligns with business, branding, and employer branding objectives.Act as a creative and strategic leader while being hands-on in execution when needed.Key Requirements :
4-10 years of experience leading social media for -growth consumer brands.Proven track record of scaling accounts (e.g., 100K - 1M high + followers) or generating multi-crore revenue via social media.Strong grasp of organic + paid integration : influencer partnerships, ads, affiliate collaborations.Analytical and creative in equal measure : proficiency in GA4, Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Ads, and trend-spotting for viral hooks.Excellent storytelling skills, with ability to shape brand narratives that build trust and community.Prior experience in team leadership, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration.Passion for spirituality / astrology-or openness to immerse in the category.Background in D2C, e-commerce, or subscription-driven businesses.Exposure to building loyalty programs, communities, or influencer ecosystems.Experience running multilingual campaigns (Hindi / English) for diverse audiences.Familiarity with emerging social platforms and content monetization strategies.(ref : iimjobs.com)
