We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition function. This role is not just about execution—it is about partnering with CXO-level leaders to align hiring strategies with business growth and ensuring we attract the right talent to scale across verticals. You will drive workforce planning, lead and mentor a team of recruiters, and bring innovation and data-driven insights to strengthen our hiring engine.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in scaling organizations —preferably in fintech or high-growth startups—while confidently managing end-to-end hiring and shaping long-term recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Strategic Workforce Planning – Collaborate with business heads to translate growth objectives into quarterly and annual hiring roadmaps.
- Leadership Hiring – Drive recruitment for senior and critical roles across functions.
- Team Leadership – Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring delivery excellence and strong stakeholder engagement.
- Recruitment Strategy & Process Ownership – Oversee the end-to-end hiring process and implement tools, systems, and best practices for efficiency.
- Data-Driven Hiring – Leverage dashboards and analytics to track TAT, funnel health, diversity, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management – Partner with CXOs and senior leadership to anticipate evolving talent needs and recommend sourcing strategies aligned with market trends.
- Process Innovation – Enhance candidate experience and optimize funnels through automation, technology adoption, and innovative sourcing methods.
Qualifications
Experience : 10+ years in recruitment with at least 2–3 years in a leadership / strategic role; background in high-growth startups, fintech, or BFSI preferred.Education : Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. MBA or HR certifications are an advantage.Show more
