We are seeking our first hire in India to lead market entry and establish a strong presence for a fast-scaling UK-based startup in the creator economy. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role suited for someone who thrives on building from scratch and driving growth in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Industry background : Strong experience in marketing agencies or brand partnerships, with an established network and credibility among top consumer brands in India.
- Digital marketing expertise : Solid understanding of how brands approach social media, creator-led campaigns, and performance marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset : Comfortable with rolling up sleeves, pitching, experimenting, and iterating without the support of a large team.
- Business development skills : Confident in presenting to CMOs, brand managers, and agencies, with the ability to secure pilot campaigns and long-term partnerships.
- Independent operator : A self-starter who can represent the brand in India, working closely with the UK leadership team while running day-to-day operations independently.
