As an IT Supervisor focused on People Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will lead and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Education / Experience :
- Total experience of 6+ years with 0-2 years of experience in leadership and people management, preferably in an IT environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Fields of Study : Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with a focus on management
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, performance management, and talent development
