Description

The Corporate Infrastructure Services team is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Global Telecommunications Program Management organization, overseeing billing operations, procurement, and operational program management for Amazon's global telecommunications infrastructure. This role will manage a team of professionals across three key functions : telecommunications billing, procurement, and operations program management, ensuring seamless delivery and life-cycle manager of telecommunications services worldwide.

Key job responsibilities

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and develop a team of program managers and specialists across billing, procurement, and operations
• Define and implement strategic initiatives to optimize telecommunications spend, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery
• Establish and maintain KPIs and performance metrics across all three functions
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between billing, procurement, and operations teams
