We partner with leading doctors, hospitals, and labs to bring predictive and preventive healthcare directly to individuals.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with exceptional English communication and strong client-handling skills, to act as the first voice of Identifi for all lead categories—labs, hospitals, doctors, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement : Make outbound calls to hospitals, diagnostic labs, doctors, and individuals to introduce Identifi's suite of genetic testing solutions.
• Product Communication : Confidently explain the benefits and applications of Identifi's tests (Cardio, Pediatric, Oncology, Complete Health Assessment, etc.).
• Query Handling : Address technical, medical, and general queries in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner.
• Follow-ups & Conversion : Track leads through the funnel, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive maximum conversions.
• Relationship Management : Build long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and ensure repeat engagement.
• Coordination : Share feedback and insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine communication and improve conversion strategy.
