Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic on-field executive who can take full ownership of lead generation, partnership conversions, and café onboarding for the HashForGamers platform.
This is an all-in-one role — perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, closing deals, and growing a fast-moving gaming startup from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Visit and connect with gaming cafés, distributors, and computer retailers across Mumbai.
- Pitch the HashForGamers dashboard and booking system , and convert leads into onboarded cafés.
- Conduct live demos , explain revenue benefits, and set up partner accounts on-site.
- Maintain partner relationships and collect feedback to improve user experience.
- Identify local marketing opportunities (events, tournaments, influencer tie-ups).
- Report daily field activity and leads in CRM / Google Sheets.
Requirements
0–3 years experience in Sales / BDA / On-Field Marketing / Gaming Café Operations.Strong communication and convincing skills.Passion for gaming or esports is a big plus.Ability to travel locally and manage independent targets.Basic understanding of mobile apps, dashboards, and tech presentations.Perks & Benefits
