CoreSync is looking for a Research & Business Development Intern to join our growing team. (6 months)

If you're curious, analytical, and love connecting research with real business outcomes, this is a great opportunity to work directly with our founding team. You'll help us with industry research, client development, and building sharp pitch decks and proposals for companies across the US, Europe, and Asia.

We're a global talent solutions firm that helps startups and high-growth businesses hire smarter — through research, insights, and data-driven talent strategy.

Responsibilities :

Conduct detailed industry and company research across global markets

Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials

Support business development by identifying potential clients and partnership opportunities

Build concise research summaries and insight reports for internal and client use

Maintain and track outreach data, CRM entries, and BD pipelines

Qualifications :

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent PowerPoint or Google Slides proficiency

Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel / Sheets, and online research tools

Students or recent graduates in business, marketing, or related fields preferred

Excellent Communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with the team
