Job descriptionOnline search on the credentials of the proposed Lessee. Negotiate and discuss with proposed Lessee on lease terms and finalize the lease. Calculation of Stamp Duty payable on Lease and registration of Lease Deed. Legal executive with experience of 3-5 years in the real estate sector, specializing in leasing, contract management, and property law. Skilled in drafting, vetting and negotiating various real estate specific agreements in compliance with RERA. Exposure to land and property record due diligence.
CLIENT : Reputed Commercial Property Leasing Company into acquisition of heritage properties across Indian metros.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and due diligence of land records and property documents with respect to clear title and flagging risk concerns if any.
- Draft, vet, and finalize contracts like Commercial Lease Deed, license agreement, various legal documents like Term Sheet, Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale Deed,
Indemnity Bond etc.
