Position Overview :

The Senior Sales Manager will lead, manage, and drive sales for Commercial Projects and other residential / commercial developments. This role involves strategic planning, market research, team management, client relationship building, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met.
  • Develop and implement pre-launch and launch sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Create effective marketing & advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to generate quality leads.

2. Team Management & Training

  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with the sales team.
  • Provide regular training and skill development sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge.
  • Motivate and mentor the team to maintain high morale and productivity.
  • 3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Arrange and oversee site visits to convert leads into sales.
  • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and buyer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

  • Achievement of monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Client satisfaction and retention.
