Position Overview :
The Senior Sales Manager will lead, manage, and drive sales for Commercial Projects and other residential / commercial developments. This role involves strategic planning, market research, team management, client relationship building, and coordination with key stakeholders to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring individual and team sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement pre-launch and launch sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
- Create effective marketing & advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to generate quality leads.
2. Team Management & Training
Conduct weekly performance reviews with the sales team.Provide regular training and skill development sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge.Motivate and mentor the team to maintain high morale and productivity.3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat and referral business.Arrange and oversee site visits to convert leads into sales.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and buyer behavior.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
