We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive for our Real Estate team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand current trends and customer needs.
- Present property listings to clients and provide expert advice on buying or renting properties.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and investors.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.Strong understanding of the real estate market and property trends in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.Skills Required
