Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commis One Chef at Élysées by Rhian, located in North Goa. The Commis Chef will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team with daily food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes. Other responsibilities include following all health and safety regulations, contributing to menu development, and supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
Strong Culinary Skills with an understanding of flavors and presentation
Commitment to Hygiene and adherence to health and safety regulations
Good Communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination
A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced kitchen environment
Previous experience or training in a culinary role is an advantage
A culinary degree or certification will be a plus
