Assist in preparing and cooking Chinese cuisine items under supervision, maintaining quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Chinese starters, main courses, noodles, rice dishes, and momo (dumplings)
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation
- Assist in kitchen setup and mise en place
- Proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Work efficiently during busy hours under guidance
Requirements :
1–2 years experience in a Chinese kitchen or similarBasic knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, including momo preparation and steaming / frying methodsAbility to work in shifts and under pressureGood hygiene and teamwork skillsINR 19,000.00 - 21,000.00 (Monthly)
