Commis 1
Responsible for supervising Commis II and III, assisting the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring hygiene and quality standards are maintained, and supporting menu planning and food presentation.
Commis 2
Assists Commis I and senior chefs in food preparation, basic cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Responsible for preparing mise en place, following recipes, and ensuring timely delivery of dishes under supervision.
Commis 3
Entry-level kitchen position responsible for assisting in basic food preparation, cleaning work areas, and learning cooking techniques. Supports the team with ingredient preparation and maintaining hygiene standards.
